It's time to Detox.
I'm cleaning out my system (I know, kind of gross). That means no more Starbucks coffee (@#$%!), chocolate, blueberry muffins, soda, red meat, cheese, chips, Fruity Pebbles, and BIG FATTY GREASY SANDWICHES. In short, I'm attempting to remove the toxic substances from my body. So, here we go to: carrot drinks, yogurt, apples, bananas, baked potatoes, asparagus, skinless chicken, broccoli, green tea, wheat grass, and major amounts of Jamba Juice and Fiji water.
Cheers to fitness, losing the love handles, more energy, and a healthier me.
dude...I could never live without my 12 cups of coffee a day! Do you think I'm addicted?
